I could get rid of Alonso but thinking of just saving one this week, it's been a while managed to save one..

I am saving. Thinking of getting Pritchard in next week, with two good fixtures.
i think I am keeping Alonso for the long haul. He plays as an attacker, it's insane that he is listed as defender

Got an eye on him will need to come in for Oreo as 5th MID, need to know fixtures and possible blanks to decide because WC to follow up GW31 would be perfect.

His stats are insane for the price.
I am WC'ing in GW32 or 33, haven't decided yet. Most likely 32

I did join it Dan. Since we hang around here all the time it's a lot peaceful and will need to figure out stuff on slack. Appreciate the effort of the community to stick together when ATFPL went down.

App could work for some but it works on PC / laptop too. I don't bother with anything me needing to type more then 10 words on my phone unless it's my boss

I would absolutely love if Wenger stayed for another season. It's just hilarious at this point.
But honestly, can you see him staying if they miss CL again?

Knowing how they have operated over the years, Wenger staying won't surprise me one bit. With all that talent they should be doing better, even boomerang can't score a PK now

I actually disagree with "all the talent". I think their team is setup for a type of play that just doesn't cut it anymore. gegenpressing, or the likes, seems to be what the top teams apply these days.

I think there is a lot of good talent there. When Barca were playing passing-pressing game under Pep , Madrid under Mourinho played sitting back quick counters and destroyed them. If you have 2 quality ball players which is rare this days and one striker like Boomerang then your MID and DEF has to do it's job. I know Ramsey scores goals but he is as indisciplined as Pogba / Fabregas, those players are worse in MID2 but great in a MID3.

Barca were overall dominating RM those years...
There is talent , it is just not comparable to the talent pool at the other clubs in top 4.
I think Arsenals playstyle is outdated and I don't think Wenger has it in him to change his ways. Except from the Invincibles period, he has always been woeful against the other top 4 clubs.

I don't like Mourinho but man bought something different to the table and won them the la liga which they were not able to under previous managers. To be honest Spurs are very restricted too but they make in game adjustments like Eriksen dropping back in front of Dembele and stringing harmless passes from deep after conceding 2 goals away from home @ Juve, they got a great result later but Juve couldn't press their advantage because Spurs controlled possession taking sting out of the game. I have never seen Arsenal doing something like that when they are getting over run in MID, they just crumble big time. You holding on to Alonso ? He is my first sub for now.
